Tape is stuck on the HP LTO5 tape drive, could see alert in SL console

2018-10-30 05:10:05 0 drive 0, 2, 1, 1 reported a Unit Attention.
2018-10-30 05:11:45 0 drive 0, 2, 1, 1 reported a Unit Attention.
