Symptoms

SL150 inoperative, service light on. During boot SL150 Op Panel displaying the following message -

*** ERROR IN MOUNTING INTERNAL STORAGE ***
The mount on flash storage: K_Idcard failed with with. rc:2
Initialization cannot continue and the Library is inoperative

To repair, replace Module 1 Chassis
