Symptoms

The new drive has had to be cleaned four times giving a fault code of 9030.

Customer has reported that that the drive still requests for cleaning even after multiple clean cycles and Backup software returns I/O errors.
The customer cleaned the drive with a new cleaning cartridge, has confirmed that has now been completed and still getting failures.
