SL150 - Library Will Not Initialize After Powering Down Using the GUI (Doc ID 2485449.1)

Symptoms

SL150 library won't initialize after powering down using the GUI.
Pressing the Power button on the library does nothing.  Tried pressing very hard but there is no response to pressing the button.  So the library was powered down using the GUI.

Changes

 Powered down library to replace robot and the old robot has already been shipped back.
