HSM: SL3000 Tape Library Unusable After Relocation

Symptoms
Experiencing issues with the tape library system since moving the SL3000 tape system to another physical location.
Now they are unable to use their tape library system.
From HSM they are unable to reach any of the tape library functions. The robot does not load any cartridge since the physical move.
Network connections are up and online between components.
They sent an audit request by typing "samcmd audit 10" with'10' being the eq number of "/dev/scsi/changer" library. Each tape was flagged with "need audit", otherwise nothing functional is happening with the robot (SL 3000).
