Symptoms

Administrators of Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Deployments that have enabled user authentication at the SGD Gateway using Client Certificates may receive reports that authentication attempts fail when multibyte characters--such as ä,ö,ü--are contained within the supplied certificate.
