Symptoms
We have a PureStorage M20 unit which is connected to this T4-2 server via FC, but the storage is showing up as unconfigured.
This system is not using zones (one global zone) or LDOMS, it is a fairly generic install which runs our HSM system. The server is currently connected to a Pillar Axiom 600 via FC.
This server is the secondary of a pair, but both servers are having the same exact problem. There are no known issues with any of the HBAs.
