After enabling shared shell for a server, connection attempts fail with authentication errors.

Error in ASR Portal: Unable to get the tunneluser null or failed authentication attempt. Please check your credentials.

Same error will be reported in /opt/Oracle/MdvopServer/logs/ShellService.err
