LDOM Resource Not Starting On One Node After Switchover or Failover (Doc ID 2514393.1)

Solaris Cluster - Version 4.4 and later
Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)

Symptoms

When trying to switch a ldom resource from one node to another node the switch is failing with the following errors in /var/adm/messages.  In this example the resource is ldom-rs and the ldom is called ld-hostname.

Changes

 This can happen during a switchover or a failover after changing the root password on 1 node.
