Goal

 To understand why Release Notes label may differ from version produced at query command.

The DSR command output does not appear to reflect the same TPD version in the Load Line Up section of the Release Notice.

Example with DSR 8.1.2:  For TPD, the document indicates: TPD: 7.4.0.0.0-88.37.0 (DSR/SDS/IDIH/PMAC Baseline; Oracle Linux 6.8)
However, checking the version via 'appRev' in the DSR running on 8.1.2 shows TPD.install-7.5.0.0.0_88.46.0-OracleLinux6.9-x86_64.
