OCEEMS: Reporting Studio Unable To Connect Port 9000 (Doc ID 2528888.1)

Symptoms

The Reporting Studio is not responding on port 9000 after installation.

Open URL http://<IPAddress_of_Server>:9000 for i-net Clear Reports in a browser window. The i-net Clear Reports home page failed with an error port 9000 is currently be used by Perl.

Also, try from OCEEMS GUI with root access privileges. On OCEEMS menu bar, Navigate to Tools > Reporting Studio, the same error appears.
