Goal

There is one hour time difference between Eagle STP and OCEEMS. How to update OCEEMS time so that both times match?

According to Oracle's documentation:
EAGLE Element Management System Documentation >> Interface User's Guide >> Setting the Time Zone

Command system-config-date should be used to set up correct timezone.
