SGD 5.40 - Tarantella Message Command Returns Error (Doc ID 2550902.1)

Symptoms

Use of the 'tarantella message' command does not result in users having a message broadcast to them.   The software itself tells us ' Use the 'tarantella message' command to send a message to all users currently logged into the SGD array'.
