Symptoms
Many errors for Hbot 2,3,0,2,0 Robot unable to find Elevator target
Issues been repeating even after 2 robot replacements.
A lot of cartridges in transit for a long period (more than 20 minutes) and almost all of them were in the hand's robot just before.
As soon as they had the robot offline, this behavior disappears and times for transit were almost normal (considering a robot is offline).
Now customer updated that robot reported the same errors.

Replaced 2 Robots on Rail 2 - Device ID 2.3.0.2.0
