Goal

User detected a mismatch between the accounting guide and the CDR files generated. For example:The accounting guide (7.4.0) indicates that a record should contain 183 fields, but in csv file, 187 fields are generated. It is believed to be better for the user. Dumping the format to csv is deemed to be a superior method of generating a accurate layout record orusable record interpreter over copying and pasting the published table in Tech Pubs.
