Symptoms
Users connecting from multi-display client devices may report that "full screen" X11 applications (such as a Remote Linux Desktop) are initialized and sized correctly, but are not properly centered horizontally on the primary display.
Commonly shifted slightly to the right, the user must manually move the window to reach all areas of the drawn application.
This behavior is specific to X applications, that have been configured to:
- Display via the Independent Window display modality,
- Have the RandR extension enabled, and
- Detect and Draw to "Clients Maximum Size"
