Information in this document applies to any platform.

Upgraded the tape drives code to the latest
Upgraded the library code from FRS_3.61 to FRS_4.50. However, issues still persists

Symptoms

4 HP LTO4 tape drives are not operational.
Failing to perform backup jobs.
Reporting hardware issues.

Following are the error messages observed on the var/adm/messages.

Also could see conflict messages , so we need check and re-configure the tape drives. So that we do not have any duplicate entries / conflicts
