January 2019 PSU on 184.108.40.206.0 failed during compute node OS patching.
While running PSU 220.127.116.11.190115 a problem was encountered during the "Compute Node Base Image" update.
All pre-checks passed, but the patching failed.
At first the Firmware did not completed, with IB and Disk firmware not upgrading, as shown below:
January 2019 PSU compute node supported kernel is "4.1.12-124.24.1.el6uek.x86_64", and system is booting to previous kernel "4.1.12-112.14.13.el6uek.x86_64"
January 2019 PSU patching has been applied.
