Symptoms
The panic string will be similar to this:
assertion failed: ata_id != NULL, file: ../../../../src/uts/common/io/scsi/adapters/pmcs/pmcs_sata.c
The panic stack will include:
pmcs_sata_special_work
pmcs_run_sata_special
pmcs_SATA_run
pmcs_scsa_wq_run_one
