Symptoms
When in a cluster with zone cluster are defined inter cluster +++rg affinities between resource groups that are in different clusters and
a remaster/rebalance operation (using clrg remaster command) is run on the resource group in the zone-cluster, the global cluster node will panic and cluster RGMD process will crash with core.
The panic string looks like below:
