Symptoms

Customer attempts to upgrade from Oracle Communications Session Monitor (OCSM) 4.0 and later via the Platform Setup Application (PSA) page. During the uploading of the .rpm, it fails with the error:

 

Update file could not be processed


Review of the /var/log/messages file shows:
