RBAR Drops Configured Command Code Requests (Doc ID 2593794.1)

Goal

RBAR is setup to reject unknown command codes, we are receiving Purge UE Request which is getting dropped. We found the command code -321 was missing and was added after this but we still that RBAR is dropping the request. can you please investigate why this occurring ?
