Symptoms
After a major upgrade including the Operating System, Oracle Solaris Cluster and Oracle Database to below releases, Solaris Cluster was unable to start Oracle Database.
-Oracle Solaris Cluster 4.4.4.1.0 for Solaris 11 sparc release
-Oracle Solaris 11.4 SPARC
-Oracle Database 18c Enterprise Edition Release 18.0.0.0.0

SUNW.oracle_server:10 resource and SUNW.oracle_listener:5 resource were configured as following:

ORACLE_SID: ABC
Class: extension
Description: Oracle System Identifier (SID)

Description: Oracle Home directory
Per-node: False
Type: string
ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/ABC/18. It sets the path to the Oracle home directory.
Trying to start oracle_server resource with #clrs enable ABC-oraserver-res failed and the following messages were stored in the /var/opt/SUNWscor/oracle_server directory (containing log files for the Oracle Database server) :
