LDOM Doesn't Startup, Shows LDOM NOT BOUND

When the system resource does not match ldom configuration, it causes a discrepancy that prevents ldoms from starting.
Symptoms
During a system maintenance when Solaris Cluster was shutdown and rebooted, Solaris Cluster failed to start the ha-ldom resources. It fails with following error:
Changes
The Luns from the system had been removed prior to system shutdown. The problem was realized only after restart of the Solaris Cluster.
