Symptoms
It has been noticed on STA 2.3 (however earlier versions may also be impacted), that the RDA Bundle does not contain the following:
file://Oracle/Middleware/rda/output/STA_start.htm
And also used to gather the following SNMP information:
/var/log/tbi/db/dump/libraries.txt
/var/log/tbi/db-dumps/snmp_lib_connects.txt
/var/log/tbi/db/dumps/snmp_agents.xt
/var/log/tbi/db/dumps/snmp_mib_walk.txt
This information is very useful from a serviceability standpoint.
