Goal

Panic can occure in both emlxs and qlc module.
Stack trace would be,

These panics are in the fibre channel (fctl) code
There was a state change for a node within the fiber channel fabric that triggered a registered state change notification. As a result. it is de-allocating
the info and data for a fiber channel port and while it was destroying a timed counter structure it was holding a bad mutex and that triggered the panic.
