Symptoms
Oracle Communications Session Monitor (OCSM) stops displaying information and or users are unable to login to the GUI as it fails with:
Oracle Communications Session Monitor
Unable to contact the OCSM server.
If the problem persists please contact Oracle support.
Unable to contact the OCSM server.
If the problem persists please contact Oracle support.
Review of the messages log file shows errors indicating the MySQL password has expired e.g.
The server is running MySQL 5.7.10 or later.
