Symptoms

In Alerthistory log is warning:

Changes

 Bug 30381891 - DBAAS: M2 DISK REPLACEMENT GIVES REJECTED DUE TO SYSTEM DISK IMAGING FAILED, where workaround it re-enable the disk which fixed the issue.
