Symptoms

New custom Hardware Profile for specific hardware is not showing up when attempting to add the new server via the Network OAM under Main Menu / Configuration / Servers [Insert] / "Hardware Profile" pulldown picklist.
Additionally, a blank line appears among the other existing Hardware Profile entries.

Changes

The new profile was created for specific hardware.  It is an XML file of the same construction as others.
