Goal

The purpose is to disable Safe Mode on the Avago MegaRAID SAS 9361-16i (Vail) HBA - 16-Port 12Gbps SAS PCIe Host Bus Adapter. The controllers page is located at https://support.oracle.com/handbook_private/Devices/SCSI/SCSI_PCIE_16Port_SAS_RAID_Vail.html  .
