Symptoms
When new lun mapped, 'mpathadm list LU' reports operational path 1 or 0 then all Disk related commands are hanging.
The only option to recover, system reboot.
Changes
According to customer issue observed after upgrading Solaris from 11.4.11.4.0 6 to 11.4.14.5.0
There are 6 Server running with 11.4.14.5.0, customer observed this behavior in 4 System
