Symptoms

 After starting a  PPAR, the XSCF console command hangs and does not respond to any further keyboard input.

Exit from the console session (#.) is not successful.

There are no errors in the platform logs.

Hardware looks good.

Reboot XSCF ('rebootxscf') does not change behavior.

The HOST and/or LDOMs, if set to autoboot,  successfully start.

Changes

XCP firmware may have just been updated. The symptoms above have been encountered but not limited to the following XCP releases:

M12: XCP 3071

M10: XCP 2360
