Bandwidth Utilization Graph in Aware Do Not Match APN or Solar Winds (Doc ID 2654559.1)

Symptoms

Aware is reporting WAN Egress bandwidth usage for the "BGP" link at the NCN reaches 400M often, but the SD WAN Edge appliance itself is only showing spikes up to 250M, and Solar Winds only shows the link using about 40% of its capacity (capacity is 400M) at any given time.
