HSM: Samfsck Unable To Correct ACL Extension Inode - Fsck Requested: Sam_get_acl_ext_cnts

Symptoms
Filesystem complains that a samfsck is needed with the following message:
WARNING: Oracle HSM:
samfs1: inode 3879255.1 fsck requested: sam_get_acl_ext_cnts: EXT_HDR
samfs1: inode 3879255.1 fsck requested: sam_get_acl_ext_cnts: EXT_HDR
Attempting to copy or remove the affected file(s) results in the following errors.
root@hostname:/samfs1/share/groups/archive# cp -r "09(Sep)" /var/tmp/
09(Sep): failed to get acl entries: No CSI structure available
09(Sep): failed to get acl entries: No CSI structure available
root@hostname:/samfs1/share/groups/archive# rm -r "09(Sep)"

Repeated attempts at using samfsck -F option does not correct the issue. Samfsck does not even detect the problem.
Changes
The customer had corruption issues addressed in a previous BUG. After the fix, another problem surfaced resulting in the latest BUG (21943065).
