HSM: samdb Fails to Open Database Load Files Larger Than 2GB

Symptoms
The 'samdb' command does not open database load file (db_loadfiles) that are greater than 2GB.
Customer was running MySQL is 5.7 and when using the 'samdb load' command to load a database from a samfsdump file, that's greater than 2GB, they see the following error:
No errors/entries are added to the /var/opt/SUNWsamfs/trace/sam-dbupd trace file for the failing load command.
