Symptoms

After upgrading to 11.4 we are seeing massive time increase in 'fcinfo lu' command output

# uname -v
11.3
# time fcinfo lu | wc -l
1643

real 0m5.513s
user 0m4.591s
sys 0m0.930s


# uname -v
11.4.8.5.0
# time fcinfo lu | wc -l
1643

real 5m32.580s
user 0m12.809s
sys 4m43.108s
