OCEEMS Measurement Files Missing In EMS (Doc ID 2679074.1)

Symptoms

Measurement files from STP was missing. In the logs, we cant identify any root cause of this issue and it was fixed by restarting the OCEEMS service.

After restarting the service, the measurement files was started updating in FTP path also it recovered the old files from time the files had started missing.

Could you please help to understand the below?

1. What is the root cause of this issue
2. How the older measurement files have been recovered?
3. How long the measurement can be retained before it create the CSV files?
