Users on my New VPN Subnet Cannot Reach Other Talari Sites (Doc ID 2683744.1)

Symptoms

The customer created a new VPN subnet off a firewall at existing siteA. When he tries to reach resources at siteB via Conduit while on the VPN, he cannot.

Running a continuous ping from the new VPN subnet of 192.168.15.0 at siteA to siteB failed. When looking at packet captures on the SD-WAN appliance, we could see the ICMP requests coming in but they were not being put into the Flow Table.
