Symptoms
STA - No new exchanges being reported for any tape libraries
Weblogic logs show the following messages
Internal Exception: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException
weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently
available in pool ORASTADBCONN to allocate to applications, please increase
the size of the pool and retry..
<BEA-000337> <[STUCK] ExecuteThread:
Restarting STA services can temporarily resolve the issue for a week or two.
