NSP Web ->Alarm reported some snmp trap info with software error when customer send test snmp trap on IXP server ilo like this:

ILO-XXXXX -4- Remote Insight Test Trap(from xx.xx.xx.xx.) Test Trap from HP c-Blade(from xx.xx.xx.xx)

The SNMP trap not set to send to the NSP.
