Executing SC Maintenance Update preinstall checks for Solaris 11.

Conclusion: install_smu pre checks failing because SVA services are down, which means upgrade can not be completed until SVA operation is restored.

Problem Area: SSC Platform Tools

SVA services can be down for a variety of reasons. Always check svcs output before patching or running pre-checks!
