Unable To Upgrade VT800 OS (Doc ID 2695415.1)

Symptoms

The customer is able to successfully install the OS 7.0.2 image onto the back up partition of his VT800, but every time he tries to reboot and switch OS 7.0.2 to the active partition, the unit still shows it is running the old version (OS7.0).
