Exalytics X2-4: Server Boot Failed at "GRUB loading stage2" (Doc ID 2698889.1)

Symptoms

On Exalytics X2-4 Server, after replacing 2 failed hard disks the server failed to reboot and hangs at:

GRUB loading Stage 2

 

Changes

There are 2 Virtual Drives created - Raid 1 with HDD 0 and HDD 1 where Operating System is running and RAID 5 the second virtual drive which hosts software applications.

2 hard disk drives(HDDs) failed at the same time on RAID 5 volume of the server. After replacing failed disks and trying to rebuild RAID 5, server reboot process still hangs at "Grub loading Stage2".
