ON : S-Cz8.4.0

Download package Oracle Communications Session Border Controller version SCZ840p1 OVM from OSDC (Oracle Software Delivery Cloud), however the zip archive file contains only the vmware .ova file for new installations.
It does not contain the .boot and .bz files necessary to the upgrade process as documented.
