Calls Filtered On TimeStamp Are Not Exported (Doc ID 2699589.1)

After filtering calls on a Time Stamp range and exporting to CSV or Bulk Export, nothing is exported. If the Time Stamp is not used, it works. The steps as outlined in:

have been carried out, and the issue is not application to the issue in:
