After the Weblogic Server Patch Installed, All The Sessions Showing "PDU Could Not Load"

Weblogic Server Patch Installed due to some Weblogic Security Vulnerability. Weblogic Server Patch (31178492) for the Oracle Weblogic version 10.3.6
After completion of the patch installation, all the sessions showing "PDU could not load" in Protrace/Troubleshooting app.
Application logs errors :
At this point dsapi or Jmxd restart in NSP or in IXP servers did not help to resolved the issue.
- Weblogic Server Patch Installed due to some Weblogic Security Vulnerability.
- This issue can also be seen during NSP upgrade when Weblogic is upgraded to 12.x , check the app log for similar filter rejected/unmarshalling error.
