Symptoms

Using a Portuguese keyboard causes a problem for the user and prevents the user from launching RDP or X11 sessions.


User logs in to SGD webtop, with English or with Portuguese, and can't launch any windows RDP sessions or X11 applications when using a Portuguese keyboard.
