Symptoms
After upgrading, the LDAP service continually fails RootDSE checks with an unknown error and the LDAP service is degraded. The LDAP service status can be verified in the Browser User Interface (BUI) by looking at Configuration --> Services --> LDAP or the Command Line Input (CLI) by...
The LDAP service will go back into a degraded state after refreshing the service in the BUI or disable/enable in the CLI.
