Solaris 11.4 or Solaris 11.3 can panic with kernel heap corruption detected while performing freemsg() (Doc ID 2716681.1)

Symptoms

If kernel memory debug flags (kmem_flags) are not enabled, the symptom would be a BAD TRAP panic.  Analysis of the crash dump will show random corruption occurred within the streams_dblk_256 cache.

If kernel memory debug flags are enabled the panic string will be:

kernel heap corruption detected

The panic stack will include:

freemsg
ldtermclose
qdetach
