Symptoms
In our OCSDM LAB, I am facing the following issue for the fault monitor:
Type: TrapRelayMonitor
Trap name: apNNCTrapRelayNotAliveNotification
Trap category: NNC
Description: Trap Relay process on Server 10.xx.xx.xx is not alive. This will affect services that process incoming device trap. For error details, please refer to TrapRelayStartUpErr.log and TrapRelay.log in logs directory
OCSDM is not able to display any SNMP taps sent from the integrated OCSBC.
Changes
Entry in the sudoers file was incorrect.It needs to be modified as per the installation guide and SDM needs to be restarted.
